What Our Students Are Saying...
My first class with Lisa was inspiring and so much fun. I brought my teenage daughter, which was a great way to spend time together. I was worried about not being able to keep up, but she is amazing and lets you go at your own pace! Highly recommend this enlightening experience.

The class was perfect! I loved the overall thoughtfulness from providing support for comfort, to the quietest of whispers as Lisa guided individuals and asked permission to adjust during the final relaxation pose. She has a healing touch as well as skillful teaching method. The metaphor, (optional) essential oils and lavender eye masks were lovely ways to ground the teachings. It was all so soothing and special.

I started yoga with Lisa primarily to increase my flexibility for running and everyday activities. I was a little nervous going into it, being what I consider to be a somewhat inflexible guy. Lisa was amazing at adapting each exercise to a wide array of people in her class and I really enjoyed it. I look forward to the benefits of her teaching, both physical and mental.
