Schedule + Class Descriptions

Yoga classes and nervous system wellness courses are currently being offered in the greater Springfield/Ascutney/Okemo area and online. Enjoy beautiful views of the maple grove or country club while you practice. Drop-ins are available on a first-come, first served basis. Please arrive 5 minutes early with your own props and mats. Please do not attend if you feel sick - thank you!

Saturdays Jan-Feb
~Crown Point Country Club, Weathersfield, Vermont~
Cost: $20 per session pay with cash, check, or Venmo @Lisa-Gleeson-6 prior to class

Step into winter with a practice that warms you from the inside out. This four-session series blends mindful movement, fresh air, and community connection - all held on the beautiful grounds of Crown Point Country Club.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute guided snow walk or snowshoe, depending on the day’s conditions. Moving through the quiet morning or evening landscape, you’ll feel your body wake up, your breath deepen, and that grounded steadiness that only comes from being outdoors in winter.

After our walk, we’ll gather for 30 minutes of accessible outdoor yoga: simple, stabilizing postures, meditation or breathwork designed to support balance, mobility, and the gentle strength that winter asks of us. No experience needed! Just bring layers and a willingness to explore.

We’ll close with a 15-minute warm-up ritual: tea or hot cocoa to fill your mug, time to chat, laugh, and build community with others who are choosing to greet the season with movement and intention. Bring your travel mug!

Private Sessions

Maybe you would like to focus on a specific part of your body as you recover from an injury or have a spot that routinely carries your stress. Maybe you'd like focused areas of attention while you prepare for your wedding or heal after pregnancy. Maybe you want only breath and energy work or meditation.

If your body is speaking to you about specific needs, I'm happy to provide personalized private sessions at a rate of 
$85 per hour for an individual and $100 per hour for a group.

Or, gather a group of friends or have a date night for couple's yoga and split the cost.

Vinyasa Flow - recordings available

We'll focus our attention on moving with our breath into poses that strengthen, lengthen and balance our bodies. We'll create opportunities to quiet our minds, restore open energy channels and connect to the grounded wholeness within. Parts of this class are designed to build heat. Modifications will be provided to allow any yogi to find ease and his or her personal edge as we move mindfully. Expect to flow through warm ups, a few sun salutations, restorative poses and, as always, a blissful savasana. Chair Yoga, CLASS ON HOLD - recordings available

In chair yoga, the practitioner is able to benefit from the balance and support the chair offers as we move through gentle seated and standing poses. Chair yoga allows the client to modify their yoga practice based on mobility, health, and current ability level. We will include a sprinkling of breathwork and meditation. Suitable for those working with injuries, inflexibility, movement disorders, balance problems, Parkinson's, MS, and all others who just want to experience yoga in a relaxed, comfortable position. Yoga for Runners, 8-session workshop - recordings available

If you are looking to cross train or support your running, this series can help you with flexibility, breathing and strengthening opposing muscles groups to the usual ones you use during your runs. Short 'n' Sweet from Head to Feet, CLASS ON HOLD - recordings available

Pressed for time? Enjoy this complete gentle yoga class designed to fit it all in 30 minutes. We'll practice pranayama (breathwork), asana (physical postures), and a few minutes of rest during savasana. Each week, we'll focus on opening a specific area of the body or chakra. That being said, our bodies are complete connected networks... when balance is brought to one area, you'll notice improvements in other areas as your body comes into balance.

Please pay cash or check in person or pay with Venmo @Lisa-Gleeson-6. If you can't do either of those methods, you can pay with a credit card (add 3.5% to your total payment to cover credit card processing fees). See class fees below. ​If you are struggling to pay, please reach out for sliding scale details. I want everyone to have access to quality yoga.

Class Fees (live/online/recordings)

Live-Online or In-Person

  • ​First class is free
  • $48 pre-pay for 4 classes per month 
  • $15 per drop-in class
  • Bring your 10+ age child for half-price

This is the fee for live-streaming online classes or in-person classes. The time and energy I invest into each class does not change regardless of the platform. If you can not afford the live class rate, consider taking a recorded class (info below) or talking to me about the sliding scale, which is available for anyone that needs assistance with the investment in your health. ​

Gift Certificates

Purchase a gift certificate for a friend or loved one and give the gift of wellness! Gift certificates are available for any amount, giving access to all live, online, private, or recorded classes so your loved one can practice on his/her own schedule. Cost: $15 per class or $85 per private session. Use payment methods listed to the right. Email lisa@withinreachyoga.com if you'd like a printable gift certificate or for me to email recipient directly.

Online Class Details

Register by emailing Lisa and you'll get a link emailed before class. Feeling worried about tech issues? Set up a time with me to test equipment and get you comfortable!

Put on your favorite music, unroll your mat, gather any props (blanket/towel, strap/belt, block/stack of books wrapped in a towel) you need to make your practice feel GOOD! Cameras are optional, but it helps so that I can watch your alignment and offer cues to keep you safe.

​Please arrive 5 minutes early.

WITHIN REACH YOGA POLICIES

PRE-REGISTRATION: Preregistration is required for any class and can be done by emailing me. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed space. 

SERIES PAYMENT: To pre-pay for total classes in the month, please pay a lump sum on the day of the first class using cash, check, or Venmo (or credit card plus a fee). You will be guaranteed a spot in all classes for your series.

NO-SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS: If you have purchased the full month series to access the lower per-class rate and hold your spot but can't make it to a class, please let me know ASAP and I will make every effort to get you into the other class being offered that week (if space is available) or you can have access to a recorded class. There may be another practitioner on the waitlist for your class so please practice seva and let me know you won't be there.

DROP-IN'S: Drop in for $15/class if space is available. First-come, first-served. You may register one week in advance and please try for no less than 24 hours in advance. If you've registered but then can't make it, please let me know ASAP as someone else may be on a waitlist for that class.

PUNCTUALITY:  Please arrive 5-7 minutes prior to your class start time for the benefit of your practice, teacher, and other students. Any earlier and I may not have the room ready yet. We understand that life happens, but please make your very best effort to arrive about 5 minutes before class begins. Late entry is disruptive for students who are already settled. Plus, it’s a stressful way for you to begin your experience on your mat. If you arrive late, please wait in the lobby while the class is getting centered. You’re welcome to join class once physical warm-ups have begun.

REFRAIN FROM: Wearing perfume or cologne in the practice space. Do not come to class if you are feeling ill. 

ALLOW FOR DIGESTION: Most people find it uncomfortable if they eat 2-3 hours before class. A light snack is usually ok, but can lead to excessive gas or discomfort during class.

CELL PHONES: Please silence all cell phones upon entering the studio.

CLASS CANCELATIONS: Please check your email or our facebook page to be sure you are aware of any cancellations due to weather, sickness, or low attendance (another reason you should always register in advance!). Every effort will be made to reschedule classes cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or recorded classes can be sent for you to do at home.
